MMA

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) combines cross-functional training to build strength, stamina, and discipline. Our classes include Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, boxing, kickboxing, and more, offering a dynamic approach to fitness and skill development.

WRESTLING

Wrestling focuses on grappling techniques that emphasize control and strength. This includes moves like clinching, throws, takedowns, joint locks, pins, and other holds designed to dominate opponents. It’s a sport that builds physical power, coordination, and strategic thinking, making it a cornerstone of many martial arts disciplines.

TRX

Boxing Conditioning focuses on teaching fundamental boxing skills and techniques while improving overall fitness. BJJ

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a self-defense system that specializes in ground fighting techniques, including joint locks and chokes. KICK BOXING

MUAY THAI

Muay Thai classes teach the ancient art of the "eight limbs," incorporating punches, elbows, knees, and kicks for a comprehensive striking technique. DUT

Our Functional Strength and Conditioning program combines resistance training with cardiovascular exercises to enhance overall fitness. Each DUT class is unique, incorporating high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to challenge your strength, endurance, and agility. This dynamic approach ensures a full-body workout every time.

YOUTH

Our kids and youth MMA programs introduce younger participants to the fundamentals of striking and grappling. Through fun games and targeted exercises, they develop strength, improve cardio, and build essential technique in a supportive, engaging environment.
